Refund policy

At North Wolf, we want you to love what you ordered. If you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at northwolf@northwolfau.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. We do not accept returns on sale items.
